Hence, the Captain of the Raging Waves Guards immediately agreed to Qi Heng’s request to meet.
However, the dimensional rift’s active period had just ended, and the Captain had too many things on his plate.
As such, he asked to meet Qi Heng at the area where he was currently working.

Although the Radiance Federation had many more Creation Masters than other federations and only the Freedom Federation came close to matching the quantity, this did not mean that the Radiance Federation had no lack of Creation Master resources.

The number of people in the Radiance Federation to the number of Creation Masters was disproportionate.

Moreover, Creation Masters were often employed by the major factions.
The Creation Masters that were employed only worked for that one faction.
Hence, the tightly-stretched Creation Master resources only became more scarce.

The major factions were constantly competing against each other as they developed.
As such, they did everything they could to swallow up all the Creation Master resources available on the market.

Lin Yuan also wanted to ask the Captain of the Raging Waves Guard if he was willing to work together.
Lin Yuan would provide the Raging Waves Guard Captain with Creation Master resources in return for items that Lin Yuan needed.
It was a win-win deal.

However, when he heard what the tall and skinny man said, Qi Heng’s face immediately fell.

He sure knows how to rub my nose in it! I would love to transfer Connected Beast Park’s resources to Raging Waves City, but it will need Sky City’s City Lord’s approval! All of the Sea Bliss Clan belongs to Sky City now.
Sky City might even pull out all of the Sea Bliss Clan’s resources from Raging Waves City too.

While the tall and skinny man spoke to Qi Heng, he cast a look at Lin Yuan and the Mother of Bloodbath.
His eyes lit up when he saw the masks they were wearing.
