I Became the Villain’s Trainer

The puppy jumped beside her.
The maid was startled and hurriedly moved away.
He turned his head and walked proudly…. 

 

‘Ugh, that puppy… is just…..’

 

I would wish for nothing if I can just hit him once.  She cannot do anything because she was afraid of that devil-like puppy’s predecessor. 

 

Alexa grabbed the piece of paper and walked around the castle with the puppy, asking them a question. 

 

[‘What should I do?’] 

 

The problem, however, was that she received the same answers. 

 

 

[‘You will be cute no matter what you do.’

 

‘You’re doing so well now, so what are you worried about?’

 

‘Well.
You don’t have to do that.
If you still want to do it, I will support you!’] 

 

They didn’t help at all, she murmured as she continued walking.
Their answers are almost like telling her ‘My baby can do it!’ Besides, there’s no way she can do that. 

 

‘That’s not it! I have to live on my own when I leave the Grand Duke’ s house….’

 

The maid asked Alexa, who returned without getting anything, “Why are you worrying like that?”

 

“Because I have to do anything to survive when I leave the castle.”

 

 

“Yes……?” The maid’s eyes widened as if she had been struck by a stone in the head.
“Are you leaving…?”

 

“Huh? Well, I’m due to leave in a year and half.
That’s why I’m worrying about making a living.”

 

Alexa shook her head and fell into trouble. 

 

Should I start studying again? I graduated from a veterinary school so I majored in a similar field of study, and it didn’t seem like a bad thing to have a job: pharmacist, doctor….
I will have to study again with a system suitable for this world. 

 

Alexa had no idea what the maid was thinking as she was in deep thought. 

 

‘You’re leaving? To where? A year and half…?’

 

That can’t be! What if such a fragile and weak person goes out and suffers a disaster…? What if she got sick! This issue should be discussed with Visten.
And with others too! We will protest if Sir Visten doesn’t bend his will. 

 

The Head Maid was burning with her will to do it.

It was a quiet afternoon.
Alexa’s troubles did not end in the end. 

 

She just asked the Head Maid for medical-related books.
However, such kinds of books were being delayed day by day, perhaps it was because it’s difficult to obtain. 

 

The weather was very warm with the sun shining overhead.
So Alexa, Terrun, and the puppy would go to explore the vast forest.
Since the wolf clan dominated the forest from ancient times, dangerous beasts cannot even step into the forest.
They were able to play various games as a result.

 

“Come on, come here! Ysu!”

 

Alexa threw the ball in her hand as far as she could.
Maybe it was because of the clan’s nature, but the puppy didn’t even grow a bit even after a year and a half.
Only his fur was growing slowly so he was now dragging his fur on the floor. 

 

“Hmm, Terrun, do you think Ysu’s belly fur was touching the floor?”

 

“That’s because his fur is longer than the length of his legs…” Terrun answered blankly.

 

“That is too much!”

 

“Huh?” Terrun blinked. I think I was just telling the truth, why on earth do you think I am being too much? It’s only natural for his fur to touch the ground since only his  fur was growing but not his size…. 

 

“Our puppy’s dogs are not short! Ysu is perfect!”

 

“… I didn’t say his legs are short.” Terrun mumbled mournfully.

 

Oops, did I poked him too much? Alexa cleared his throat and pushed the snack basket towards Terrun. 

 

“Want to eat?”

 

“That – “

 

“Arf!”

 

Terrun’s answer was interrupted by the puppy.
He was holding the ball with his mouth, leaping and jumping, turning its head and looking at Alexa. 

 

He seems to be telling her ‘Are your eyes ready to praise me?’ 

 

Alexa opened her arms widely again towards the jumping puppy, “Our baby! Yes, yes! Good boy!!!”

 

Was he that good? Terrun pursed his lips and opened the basket. 

 

‘I have to eat them all.’

 

Terrun began to slowly eat the food. 

 

But in the distance, Visten was scrambling to find them. 

 

‘Oh? That’s the Lieutenant.’

 

Alexa jumped up and waved her hand.
Unknowingly waving his hand in front of him, Visten helplessly lowered his hand with a sullen face.
He was exhausted after suffering day and night for a week. 

 

[‘That one! Miss Alexa! What are you going to do with those soft arms?’ 

 

‘She’s weak, and small too.
I’m sure others will look down on her and harass her.’]

 

Visten’s claim that humans are originally just that big and strong didn’t even work.
He was rather booed.

The confrontation of the users continued for a whole week, and Visten raised a white flag in the end.

[‘Alright.
If this doesn’t work out, I will protect Alexa even if she was bitten by the Grand Duke’s  and his wife’s teeth.
Actually, the Grand Duchy was flourishing because of Alexa, right?’]

 

Now, he was looking for reasons why Alexa shouldn’t leave.
Besides, where did Terrun even hear that Alexa was leaving?

 

“Hmph.”

 

They were sulking like that and he couldn’t even talk for a week. Why do I feel like a villain? Visten let out a sad laugh.
It also made him sad that it was only Alexa who welcomed him among the three of them.
People will think that he was indeed sending her away. That’s too unfair! 

 

“Pleas come this way! The sun is so nice here, Sir Visten!”

 

I have to look hateful, but what can I do when she smiles like that? Visten stuck his tongue out.

 

“Are you feeling sick? Your face doesn’t look very well.” Alexa asked worriedly. 

 

What a warm question!!

 

No one has treated Visten so warmly since they found out that Alexa was looking for her future dream.
Rather, many people only swear at Visten for persecuting the ‘poor’ and ‘pitiful’ Alexa.
But even so.

 

“Hmph!”

 

Even my own son turned his head away and didn’t look at me! I don’t know why the wolves in this mansion were all bewitched by Alexa. Of course, their representative was running over there. 

 

“Grrr! Arf!!”

 

Ysildus bared his fangs to Visten, that even though in his small stature, his exposed teeth were sharp because of his wolf blood.
It was very sharp as he was still young, but it would still be painful if he was to be bitten even as a joke. 

 

Visten’s feet unconsciously avoided him.
Even so, he couldn’t say anything on the little master of the mansion.
Of course, there was only one person who can chastise Ysildus without fear. 

 

“Ysu! Sit down! Didn’t noona tell you this man isn’t a bad person!”

 

Tilt? 

 

Ysildus ran to Alexa as he tilts his head as if telling her ‘it couldn’t be’.
It was frustrating for Visten, who devoted himself before in searching Ysildus and couldn’t sleep.   

 

“You understand, but you’re pretending you don’t! Bad puppy!”

 

Tilt? Alexa inflated the ball.

 

“That, I am alright,” Visten stopped Alexa.

 

No matter what Alexa did, Visten was the only one who he hated.
Even now, Ysildus was secretly flashing his eyes at him as he stared at him behind Alexa.
His exposed white teeth through his growls were threatening enough. 

 

Doesn’t he look exactly like the Grand Duke husband and wife…? 

 

“Ugh, Ysu is a fox! I hate you so much! You know it, but you’re pretending not to know?”

 

Alexa threw the ball again.
Only then did Ysildus snort at Visten and ran away.
Terrun put his head in the bowl without saying a word.

 

“Ahaha.
Is that so?”

 

His eyes were filled with ‘It seems that way to me too, but I can’t even curse the master.’ Alexa nodded her head and poured the tea on the cup with a serious face at Visten’s words.
She then warmly passed it onto Visten. 

 

“You look tired.
Would a cup of tea relieve you of fatigue?”

 

“Mm-hmm.”

 

I had been neglected for a few days, and now I felt like I’m about to cry. The iron-blooded Baron Visten died.
He drank the tea that was at the right temperature to moisten his dry throat. 

 

“But, is something the matter?” Alexa asked, blinking her eyes nicely.

 

“I have come to ask you something.
They said you were looking for your future dream when you leave the mansion.”

 

“Oh, that’s right! I want to work while having fun, but I don’t know what to do yet.”

 

“Hmph!”

 

Terrun shook his head at him as soon as he heard that Alexa would be leaving the mansion. Then your nose will come out again, you p*nk. 

 

Visten looked at Terrun and let out a short sigh.
How the hell did the silent guy become friends with Alexa? Ysildus and Terrun?

 

“That, I was thinking about it.”

 

“Yes, Lieutenant.”

 

“Alexa is a good kid after watching you all this time.
Besides, you take good care of Sir Ysildus.”

 

“It’s what I have to do.” Alexa smiled brightly.  “I am being paid a fair price for it.”

 

Alexa is prematurely developed yet mature, however, these wolf-blooded children…. 

 

“Hmph!”

 

“Arf! Arrrrr.”

 

Because they were like that.
