All the servants of the Grand Duke’s castle that were called by Visten were gathered in the lobby.
It was to welcome Ysildus who returned home after running away.
And among them was Visten’s young son. 

 

He was only about 15 years old, but he was a head span taller than her.
It was thanks to their resemblance that Alexa was able to know he was Visten’s child. 

 

Hugging the puppy tightly to prevent it from causing any more accidents, she stood next to Visten. 

 

“Our Little Master has returned.
Greet him with courtesy.” 

 

 

The servants bowed their heads in an orderly manner after Visten’s words. 

 

“Welcome back, Little Master!”

 

Alexa was startled at their loud greeting.
It was her first time to be in such a situation.

Her hiccups were about to come out without any notice. 

 

Visten threw her a look and Alexa laughed awkwardly.
It was because the dog had done something to him to say that it was a bit too much.

Alexa buried her lips on the dog’s head, trying to stop her hiccups from coming out.
She was covering her mouth with the dog’s thick fur so the sound of her hiccup wouldn’t come out.
If Alexa was surprised, she also thought that this cowardly puppy would be surprised too, but it only barked – probably because it was his home. 

 

“Arf! Arrrrrrrrr! Arf!”

 

 

Alexa tilted her back as he barked, holding his two front paws firmly in her arms. 

 

“This dog.”

 

Visten stopped Alexa. 

 

“Uh, you can’t be like this… What’s the matter, Ysu? Shh, you have to be quiet.”  

 

“He was always like that.”

 

“Yes?”

 

“I mean… Sir Ysu was a ferocious person by nature and doesn’t like people.”

 

Is it the dislike towards people of the same ethnicity? 

 

Alexa clicked her tongue as she looked at the puppy showing its teeth.
The people of the Grand Duke don’t like him because he was being ferocious to them. 

 

Can he live here while being like this? I have a long way to go. 

 

“Stop!” Alexa spoke to the puppy in a stern voice. 

 

“Arf?”

 

The puppy looked at her with innocent eyes saying that he didn’t know what he was doing wrong. 

 

“You can’t!”

 

“Arf!”

 

“I told you I wouldn’t give you snacks if you keep doing this, Ysu!”

 

“Kiiing…”

 

He groaned and buried his head in Alexa’s arm.
Sigh, now it’s a little quieter.
Alexa smiled brightly and tugged at Visten’s sleeve.

 

“He won’t bark anymore.
Can we come in now?”

 

Visten nodded. 

 

You can’t, stop, no snacks – he kept repeating these words in his mouth.

The butler, who saw Alexa subdue the puppy at once, called an emergency meeting.

 

“Everyone saw it earlier, right?”

 

“Yes!”

 

A maid wiped the tears from her eyes and nodded her head.
She was a maid who had  all of her hair ripped off because of Ysildus’ brutality. 

 

“I don’t think anyone has seen a little girl like her overpower Sir Ysildus in one fell swoop.” 

 

“This would be very exciting, Butler.”

 

All of the Grand Duke’s people had the same experience of being harassed by Ysildus’ troubles at one time or another.
He would tear off the wallpapers, or gnaw away at expensive furniture.
Not only that, but they couldn’t do their job properly because he kept chasing after the servants and biting them. 

 

He wouldn’t eat properly, and whenever they tried to wash him, he would bite their hands and a foul smell would come out.

 

But that same Ysildus who transformed with a white and shiny fur, was quietly listening to the little girl.
The era of great peace has finally arrived in the Grand Duke’s castle. 

 

Filled with emotion, the butler covered his reddening eyes. 

 

“……Let’s enjoy this time to the fullest, everyone.
I also have something to tell you all.”

 

“Tell us, Butler.”

 

“As you all know, this is the first time that a person has come to the Grand Duke’s family, and this is also the first time that we will have a long-term resident.This is a message from Sir Visten.” 

 

The servants pricked up their ears.
They were in human form, but the wolf’s blood was running through their veins.

Women were about an inch taller than human women, and so were the men.

Alexa ran up to the puppy and hugged it.
She then put her cheek on his front paw with a dignified figure. Sigh, my chest hurts. 

 

The best thing about coming to the Grand Duke’s castle was that there was no need for the dog to wear a harness.
This dog is the master of the Grand Duke’s castle so no one would say anything no matter where it goes. 

 

Alexa spins the pink parasol she was holding, and next to her was the puppy who was chasing after frogs.

It was said that a single wallpaper in the Grand Duke’s castle was made of silk, so the price of a single wallpaper can buy 20 dresses that Alexa wore. 

 

“Arf!”

 

Realizing that Alexa was thinking about  something else, the puppy ran to her then clung to her dress and whined, “Kiiing….”

 

“Hug? No!”

 

Alexa spoke as firmly as possible.
He had been pampered too much lately….

The puppy was lying on its stomach in front of Alexa.
He was even looking up at her with twinkling eyes, as if he was saying to her I still don’t look pretty like this? With me doing aegyo like this? Even when I am this pretty?

The puppy is actually pretty.

Alexa melted and patted the puppy without realizing that her dress was getting wet.
His ears were perking.

The puppy turned around as if he liked it very much, while its front paws were bent, making it look short.
