Slightly surprised because it was the first time I saw a title in the system , I quickly clicked on it to see its use and just as I did my eyes widened

I pinched myself to make sure I wasn dreaming.

A perverted smile formed on my face as I fantasized about having fun with beauties and earning CP . It was a win- win situation.

I was happily looking through the missions as they were all related to my plans but that changed when I found that failure will result in death of rose and decrease in luck of my loved ones.

System if the value of vitality of a person is normal , Is it possible for that person to die in three months due to some illness?
