Reborn as the 2nd Princess

”Im your new teacher, Lisa Minci. You should feel honored to be trained by one of the three great sages! ” The woman strikes a pose while flipping her hair back with style.

Touyas right eye twitched at this.

”And you— Touya, shall become my successor!! ” She tips her hat over her eyes casting a shadow over the top part of her face and points at Touya as a shinning heavenly light shines down on them.

Theres no way she use to be a professor… Touya though to herself and sighed.

”I- did you really use to be a professor? I can believe that someone like my father would hire someone like this. ” Touya says.

”Listen kid, Im one of the strongest battle mages in the entire continent! You should be honored to be trained by one of the three great sages! ” She yells flicking the blondes forehead.

”Anyways, well start your first lesson tomorrow. You can go back to your mother and sisters now, well meet back here in this spot at dawn. ” She says and gets ready to leave.

”Wait, what are you going to do? ” Touya asks, Lisa rubs her hands together. ”I uh… have some research to do at the ummm…. womens bathhouse! ” Lisa giggles as Touyas eye twitched seeing a novel in the womans hand that read ”Garden Of Glass. ”

”W-wait a minute…. ” Touya squints her eyes, she remembered seeing a few nobles reading that exact book giggling like perverts after a meeting with the king.

”That is…! What research are you talking about in the first place!?! ” Touya yells.

”F-Fool! Im not just a pervert if thats what you think! This novel Ive is a master piece to society, best thing you can get in the whole thirteen continents! ” Lisa yells back, from outside the door of the library, two maids could be seen looking at the door.

”T-the hell? ” One of them says.

”Its just her highness, the second princess and her mentor. Just ignore it. ” The other one says and goes back to sweeping.

”Ill see you later kid! ” Lisa sends a powerful gust of wind at the window opening it and jumps out.

”Hey, wait!! ” Touya yells shielding her face from the wind. Once it stopped, Lisa was nowhere to be found. I can believe it… Shes the one who made that stupid book…!

Touya rubs her forehead in annoyance, she walked out of the library and back to the room her mother is currently in till she gets back her strength.

”Mother, Isabella, Im back. ” Touya says peeking her head through the door.

”Shhhhh…! ” Isabella put a finger to her lips. ”Don be so loud. Mama just put the baby to sleep. ” Isabella says pointing at our mother cradling Hilda in her arms.

I looked down at the new born and narrowed my eyes at *it.

”Why does *it look so squishy and weird? ” I asked.

”Touya, don say that about your sister. And its not an *it. ” Said mom.

I opened my mouth but closed and decided not to say anything. ”Fine… ”

(Four days later~)

~General POV~

”Again. ”

The first princess of the Valencia kingdom is on her hands and knees breathing heavily from using her water magic.

”Get up! I can have the future queen of this kingdom grow up to be a weakling! ” The girls father, Ezekiel the king stood over her with his fist engulfed in orange flames. His forest green eyes piercing down at the seven year old princess.

Isabella slowly gets back up to her feet and grips her rapier tightly.

”Finally, it you long enough. ” Ezekiel says. Both of his fists lit up in orange flames as Isabella casted a water enchantment on her rapier.

[Hell Barrage.]

Dozens of flaming fists was pounding down on Isabellas weapon, sparks flying as she moves her rapier at great speeds to block her fathers attacks. She knew she couldn mess up, her father already looks down on her for on being born with fire magic the was the main trait of his family Bloodline. Instead if ended up having the same magic as her mother, Ice and water magic. Of course she never blamed her mother, in a way unbeknownst to her. It was the greatest blessing the gods could ever have gave her.

Sweat drips from her forehead, the heat of her fathers flames was getting to her as the onslaught of his attacks didn waver. And before she knew it, a flaming engulfed fist collides with her gut making the young princess drop to her knees.

”Ack—! ” She hugged herself as she started coughing up spit. Tears pricked the corners of her eyes. It hurts, a lot.

”Hurry and get up. We
e not finished yet. ” Ezekiel says crossing his arms. ”If one single punch will do that to you then youll never get into the academy. ”

”I-i can go anymore…! (*Cough! Cough!*) Ive been doing this for two days straight… ” Isabella heaves as she pleaded.

”Tch! ” Ezekiel lifts his foot up slightly and kicks her across the room making her back hit against the wooden wall. ”Ack! (*Cough!*) ”

(*Thud*)

”Pathetic ” He says.

The young girl couldn help but let out more tears as she heard her fathers words. Ever since her awakening ceremony hes treated her this way. Then, theres Touya she worries so much about. Her dear little sister, she greatly fears of whats going to happen to her her magic is awakened three years from now. Will he toss aside his ”master piece ” aswell when he finds that she isn born with fire magic either? Probably, hell just toss Touya to the side just like her.

And what of they
e new baby sister? Hell probably do the same aswell.

Isabella curled up into a ball as her father walks out of the training room. Once he was gone she finally let it all out.
