ver his son experienced any injustice.
He was a calm and cool-headed businessman who seemed to be able to see through everything.
A person like him, having divorced for a whole 6 years, and finally go married again, must have spent a lot of time in making sure that the original owner would not threaten his son in any way.

Besides, there was a gap between the two of them.
The original owner was about the same age as Jiang Jinjin, around 26 ~ 27.
She would never be able to outsmart Zhou Mingfeng when it came to scheming.

A man like Zhou Mingfeng must be someone who had been through a lot and was not the kind of youngster who would lose his head in love.
That was the reason she referred to that as high difficulty level.
What chance did she stand going up against a man like that?

Instead of trying to be a good stepmother or a wealth prominent housewife, she was much better off trying to make money utilizing her current status.

Jiang Jinjin immediately started going through her total assets after she returned from school.
She had it all figured out in one afternoon.

She did not see the legendary domineering CEO’s black card.
All of the original owner’s assets added up to around 200,000 yuan.

Luckily, she had mentally prepared her for that.
Zhou Mingfeng should be generous to his son but that did not mean he was a fool with money to throw around.

The Zhou’s residence located in the forest villa district.
The occupancy was not high but, from what she could tell, there were some families around.

Jiang Jinjin chatted with the butler.
“Say how many households are there around?”

Butler Yang was surprised at the question but he replied her truthfully, “There are about 230 mansions nearby.”

The Zhou’s residence was a standalone house and occupying an area of over 1,000 square meters.

Jiang Jinjin looked up this mansion district online.
This area was connected to the scenic forest area and it had fresh air and nice sceneries.
It was said to have excellent fengshui and was well-liked by many officials and wealthy individuals.
In short, everybody living in this area were rich.

Jiang Jinjin eyes rolled around and she asked, “So how many families reside here?”

“We never counted but per the management company, occupancy rate was around 60%.”

That wasn’t bad.

Many villa districts were not fully occupied.
Only very few individuals could afford villas in Yenching nowadays.
Plus, villa district was usually far from the center of the cities and they were way less popular than, say, small districts or large flats.

The forest villa district had been built almost 20 years ago.

Jiang Jinjin was happy with the number.
She had already toured the surrounding.

There was an empty storefront outside of the villa district.
There had been others who eyed it in the past but, after she had looked into it some more, she learned that the HOA had set a very bizarre rule some five years ago that only a homeowner in the district could open up a shop here.

It seemed that there had been some unpleasant experience in the past.

This was like an opportunity tailored just for her!
